Zach Boeggeman was amazingly professional and kind from the time that I walked in the door. I did not have an appointment scheduled and Zach was more than willing to help me. Zach toured different homes with me and crunched the numbers with me and laid out everything that I need to consider in my home purchase. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and literally wrote out all things that I needed to consider. Great working with him and he made my home buying experience enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my visit to Factory Select Homes. My representative was friendly, knowledgeable and most of all he was honest about bottom line costs. He was interested in what I truly wanted and showed me homes that fit my budget, style and needs. He even offered me cold water during our tour coming and going 😄

Wonderful experience today with Zach, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything well beyond just the models. He gave us tons of information on the entire process from start to finish, answered any questions we had and had lots of patience lol. I can't express how much Denise helped me and my wife. From the first step of entering the office we were greeted with smiles. We've been to other places that seem to give me and my wife not so nice side looks. So it was refreshing to actually go into a business that made us feel so welcome and took their time explaining the process and didn't seem bothered with the question we ask even if we needed Denise to explain things more then once. And also out of the other few places we have been too. The prices here are the best. Buying a home of any kind can be a stressful process. But when you have people that actually want to help you make it as easy as possible it's the most fantastic feeling ever. That you again Denise and I hope to be contact with you soon.
