Denise has been a God send. I was entirely unprepared for the journey I was starting and she has helped me every step of the way. Denise is an excellent and professional sales consultant. She is personable and remembers your conversations. I had traveled over 1000 miles to view these prefab homes. She made time to see us went over all the different options. I am a first time home buyer and she explained everything clearly. Normally when you’re shopping for a new home they are just looking to sell. However this is not the case Denise Wilkes wants what is best for you no matter if it ends in a sale with her or another location carrying the same homes by champion. I have been in the customer service industry for 18+ years working for very large companies with very high standards like Apple Inc. She provides a world class service and I am glad I got her as a sales consultant. If you are interested in South Carolina or North Carolina homes in the area I highly suggest reaching out to her as she will take care of you and answer all your questions.

Today I visited Factory Select Homes and was pleasantly greeted by Brandon. Brandon will also assist me in my endeavors in selecting a home. Brandon was extremely helpful and patient with me in questions that I ask, and asked again LOL. This process will take a couple of months; however I know I have the right person working with me to get it done.

Plan to buy in about a year. Denise Wilkes was busy when we arrived but asked that we leave our contact information. She did follow up with me and I was very impressed by her non-pushy and helpful personality. She gave good advice and has me on monthly mailing list until we are ready to buy. I have done a lot of searching since going to the Lugoff location after my experience at other dealerships, my decision is to buy from Denise in Lugoff and I am looking forward to it!

Had a great buying experience. even though things like this can hit bumps in the road Hannah was always there helping at the few bumps in the beginning with financing etc. i could count on her consistent communication and even after the sale she continues to be there for me with help with the home if there have been little issues after the move. it just means so much to have a friendly understanding person to help you navigate the purchase and move of your home. thanks so very much

Jason and Hannah were fantastic. Jason worked with me on every detail for my mom's home. He even walked her through how to sign. She is 82 years old and hard of hearing. But Jason was super sweet.Can't wait to see the finished product.
